​Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager Job 

​Responsibilities:
• Manage ongoing and new projects
• Manage commercial construction projects from conception to completion
• Assist with the business development process in regard to an already built client list, full service communication, relationship building, and presentations.
• Lead project estimating, budgeting, bidding, submissions and scheduling
• Award projects and partners with sub contractors both new and already provided by company
• Manage overall project success in regard to manpower, equipment, materials, safety, schedule, customer service an quality.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager
• Familiar with all aspects and types of build for commercial building projects (specifically within: corporate interior commercial construction, warehousing, retail, tilt walls etc)
• Must be very organized and structured
• Must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
